Availability – How do I find out if the items I am interested in are available?

Pop the items you are interested in a list or screen shot the pictures, ideally with approximate quantities and email it over to us. We will run through the hire schedule and check the availability of each item.


Pricing – How much are the props and services?

Most of our prop prices are listed on the website.  Only a few do not, which is generally because we need to find out your guest numbers or distance first.  We also offer some packages which save money on the individual prices. Our service prices are also listed, however, we will be able to give a full quote after we find out all of the details for your big day.

Delivery costs – How much will shipping cost?

We offer a standard delivery and collection total charge of £25 to addresses within 20 miles of GU6 8NS.  For distances over this please contact us for a quote. You are welcome to collect the items yourself from our address in Cranleigh but please be aware that you are responsible for the items as soon as they leave our premises.

Minimum orders – Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order value varies.  If you wish to collect and return to us, there is no minimum order.  For orders within 20 miles of GU6 8NS, the minimum order to qualify for delivery is £200.  If the venue is further than this, please contact us for a quote.

Discounts – Do you offer discounts?

We always try to keep our pricing competitive and fair.  We can usually price match locally, but we do not offer discounts.  We feel discounting for some couples would unfair to our other couples.

Deposit – How much deposit to you require?

We ask for a 30% deposit to secure the items for your date.  We then request the balance one month before and any alterations to the order can be made by this date.

Breakages / Losses – What happens if we break or lose something?

When you receive your booking form, you will see a replacement cost listed under each item.  This is the amount you will be charged if the item is lost or damaged.  If we can source a replacement any cheaper at the time, we will let you know.

Payments – What payment methods do you accept?

We can take, bank transfers, cheques, cash or Paypal.

Hire period – How long can I have the items for?

The hire period is for up to 4 days.  This usually runs from a day or two before the wedding until a day or two after.  If you require them for a longer period, let us know and we’ll see what we can do!

Candles – Can you provide candles?

Our prices do not include candles.  We can provide long burn taper and pillar candles.  Just ask for a quote.

Installations and set up – Do you offer set up or installation of one or two items rather than the whole venue decoration service?

Some items will always require installation and this is noted on the description.  All other items will be delivered in boxes.  If you feel you would like set up of other items, please do let us know which items and we will put together a quote for you.

Cleaning – Do I need to clean the items?

No, you do not need to clean the items but we do ask that any food is removed to avoid permanent damage.  If you can make us aware if something has been stained on the day or has been left in the rain, we can deal with it as quickly as possible.  We also ask that any candles are removed from lanterns before boxing up as these can sometimes crack the glass in transit.

Our collection is constantly growing.  Please do mention if you can’t spot what you are looking for.  We may already be thinking of adding it!

Other events – Do you only do weddings?

Not at all!  We do parties, corporate events, kids parties, garden parties, baby showers, hen dos and dinner parties.  We offer lots of hire items suitable for all and we can also offer our design and set up services on a smaller scale, dependent on availability.
