Hire Terms and conditions

Hire Period
The hire period is four days unless previously agreed otherwise. Typically the hire items will be dropped off two days before the event and collected the day after.

If we are setting up the items for you, the hire period will be from the morning of the event until the following day.

If your requirements are different, please contact us and we can agree a suitable hire period.

Delivery / Shipping
We offer a standard delivery and collection total charge of £25 to Surrey addresses within 20 miles of GU6 8NS.  For distances over this, we will charge a pre arranged amount per extra mile for the round trip. Delivery is available on orders with a value over £200, within the 20 mile standard delivery area.

You are welcome to collect the items yourself from our address in Cranleigh but please be aware that you are responsible for the items as soon as they leave our premises.

Booking Deposit
We will request a booking deposit of 30% of the total invoice value in order to secure the hire items on the requested date.

The balance will then be due one month before the event.

Bookings made within one month of the event must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

The booking will only be secured when we receive the completed booking form and deposit.
